The terms on which MYFGuide is provided. Please read them before using the site or subscribing — using the site means you accept them.

The most important thing on this page. MYFGuide publishes research and educational content. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and not a promise of any return. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing here should be treated as a personalised recommendation for your situation. Markets fall as well as rise, and you can lose money. Please take your own decisions, and consult a registered adviser where you need advice.

1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms govern your use of myfguide.com and everything on it, including the free pages and any paid subscription. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. You can reach us at customercare@myfguide.com.

2. What the service is

MYFGuide presents publicly published Indian market data, together with scores, screens, scans and analysis that we calculate ourselves. It is intended to help you do your own research and to understand what is happening in the market.

Where the site describes something as a score, signal, verdict or conviction band, that is a quantitative description of observable data — not a forecast and not a recommendation. We publish our own testing of these measures, including the cases where the result was negative, so you can judge them yourself.

3. What the service is not

Not investment advice. Nothing here is tailored to your financial position, objectives or risk tolerance.
Not a recommendation. No content on this site should be read as an instruction to buy, sell or hold any security.
Not a registered advisory service. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or a research analyst.
Not a trading terminal. The site does not carry a real-time market feed and must not be relied on for execution. See the Data Policy.
Not a guarantee. Past behaviour of any stock, score or strategy does not predict future results.

4. Data accuracy

Market data is sourced from official public files and is provided on an as is basis. It can be incomplete, delayed, revised or occasionally unavailable, and our own calculations can contain errors. The exchange or company record is always authoritative over ours. Full detail is in the Data Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decision you take, and for any profit or loss that follows. Before acting on anything you read here, verify it against the primary source and consider taking professional advice. Only you know your circumstances.

6. Subscription, payment and refunds

Price. MYF Premium is offered at the price shown on the Premium page at the time you subscribe, in Indian rupees.
Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card or banking details.
Access. Premium is digital content and access begins as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Refunds. If the paid service is materially unavailable or not as described, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will refund you in full. Because access to digital research content begins immediately, we do not otherwise refund the unused part of a term.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops any future renewal; your access continues to the end of the term you have paid for.
Changes. If we change the price, the new price applies only from your next renewal, never mid-term.

7. Acceptable use

Please use the site as it is intended. You agree not to:

scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or place automated load on it;
resell, redistribute or republish our data or derived scores as your own;
share paid access with others, or attempt to bypass any access control;
attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.

We may suspend access that breaches these terms, without refund where the breach is serious.

8. Intellectual property

The design, written content, scoring methods and derived analytics on this site belong to MYFGuide. Underlying market data, company names, index names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the instruments described. You may quote short extracts for personal or editorial use with attribution and a link.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Data updates depend on third-party sources publishing on time. We may change, suspend or withdraw any feature.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYFGuide is not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content — including any error, omission, delay or interruption in the data. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Third-party links

We link to exchanges, regulators, fund houses and company sources so you can check the primary record. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date below always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
